As an entrepreneur, I have a love for details and a passion for new challenges. I have built and led diverse international teams and learnt to nurture innovation across complex projects in various landscapes. My strengths lie in my ability to quickly grasp a project's needs and goals, while maintaining both a macro and micro perspective throughout the process.
I was awarded a French Fulbright NGO Leader fellowship for 2023–24 through the organization I founded, Cinewax. I hold a BA in Law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, International & European Law. My eclectic background has allowed me to gain valuable experience in marketing, video production, and design, contract negotiation, and partnerships development. My motto is "Make it happen."
As a leader, I am dedicated to advocating for bold ideas, and always bring energy to the people I work and interact with. I want to inspire and lead people to have a positive impact on the world through their work.
My vision has been inspired by my work as a founder, to elevate new storytelling from African and its diasporas. I strive to create a future where every voice counts and our collective efforts ripple through communities and generations.
Over the years, I've discovered my talent for connecting people by refining my listening skills, embracing new ideas, and consistently striving to find the best solutions to individual challenges.. This approach has enabled me to build a robust professional network of over 1,000 talented individuals, including entrepreneurs, directors, writers, actors, distributors, agents, and community leaders.
My core strength lies in my ability to forge genuine connections with people. My hard work consistently delivers value through a pragmatic problem-solving approach. I am unafraid to tackle challenges and "eat the frog" to achieve my goals. As a skilled team player and motivator, I excel at helping each member reach their potential. I set high standards for myself and continually strive to improve and accomplish more. While focusing on the present and the impact I can make now, I also keep an eye on future progress towards my goals. I'm driven by the potential to positively influence people's lives and businesses.
I'm always on the lookout for new talent to nurture and develop. Helping people grow and succeed brings me immense satisfaction. Many of those I've worked with have gone on to find greater opportunities afterwards. I dedicate my time and energy to mentoring and coaching, supporting others in achieving their goals.
